Maturity Model Integration (CMMI-SE/SW/IPPD/SS, V1.1, abbreviate
CMMI) has become the appraisal standard in the capability and
maturity of the body of knowledge, such as Systems Engineering
(SE), Software Engineering (SW), Integrated Product and Process
Development (IPPD), and Supplier Sourcing (SS), it is also an
important leverage tool to perform the process improvement and
organization maturity continuously. CMMI has 5 grades of maturity
(Maturity Level) in all, which represents different maturity
improvement. To reach the CMMI maturity level 2(CMMI-ML2), project
must set up manageable process at least; to reach the CMMI maturity
level 3(CMMI-ML3) upward, organizations must set up standard
procedures and various fit principles. Lots of CMMI-ML3 reaching
